New Connection Application

The procedure for connecting with the natural gas network consists of the following steps:

APPLICATION - SCHEDULING A SITE INSPECTION

You may express your interest in connecting with the natural gas network using one of the following ways:

  • You may visit one of the customer service offices of enaon EDA

  • You may contact Customer Service by calling 11150

To schedule a site inspection and fill out an application form, you must provide the following information:

  • Full name

  • Address (street and number)

  • Telephone number

REQUEST FOR INTEREST FOR CONNECTION WITH THE NATURAL GAS NETWORK

I am interested in connecting with the Natural Gas Distribution Network of Thessaloniki-Thessalia (EDA) and note the desirable uses in the following table.

With this application I expressly declare that I accept the provisions of the Distribution Network Operation Code and especially the right of EDA Thessaloniki-Thessalia (EDA) not to connect the respective Delivery Point if:
(a) the Connection Fees or the Extension Fees are not paid, if they are paid in advance;
(b) the necessary information required and access to the Contractor's premises are not provided to EDA;
(c) for reasons beyond the responsibility of EDA, the Connection of the new Delivery Point, or the supply of Natural Gas, is considered technically impossible or dangerous, during the construction phase of the External Facility;
(d) there are events that constitute a state of force majeure, as thoroughly reported in the Service Manual.

Privacy Statement

The Personal Data contained herein, are collected by EDA THESS, in accordance with the provisions of General Regulation (EU) 2016/679 for the protection of individuals against the processing of personal data.

Purpose of processing

Satisfaction of the end customer request for connection to the natural gas distribution network. In case of further processing of your data, we will ask for your prior consent for this new processing. The provision of personal data in the context of the above purpose is a contractual obligation and their non-provision will affect the proper execution of the Association Agreement or will make it impossible.

Receivers

A. Authorized staff of EDA THESS,

B. External Partners of EDA THESS for the provision of services through a call center, telecommunications providers with the possibility of mass information of recipients by electronic means (including SMS and Viber messages).

C. Any competent supervisory, public, or judicial authority, if this is required by the applicable legal framework or by a court decision.

Your Rights

As a subject of personal data, you have certain rights. Specifically, you can: a) access and receive a copy of your data upon request, b) require EDA THESS to correct, incorrect or incomplete data, delete or stop processing your data, for example when the data are no longer necessary for the purposes of the processing, c) to oppose the processing of your data, where EDA THESS is based on its legal interests as a legal basis for the processing and d) to withdraw your consent to the processing at any time and without any financial burden. [This right only exists if consent is used as a condition of processing].

In case of exercise of one of the above-mentioned rights, EDA THESS, will take every possible measure to please your request within one (1) month of receiving it, informing you in written of the procession of your request or the reasons prevent you from exercising, or even pleased, one or more of the above-mentioned rights in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

Furthermore, we inform you that you have the right to file a Complaint with the competent Personal Data Protection Authority.

Data Retention

In case the request for the conclusion of Connection Contract with the Natural Gas Distribution Network is accepted, these data are kept throughout the duration of this Contract, as well as for a period of 5 additional years, from the end of the year of validity. of the Contract, in accordance with the relevant provisions of Civil Law on the limitation of any claims.

After the end of the above retention period, this data will be deleted and / or destroyed.

If the request for the conclusion of a Connection Contract with the Natural Gas Distribution Network is rejected, these data are kept in order to reconsider your request for a future expansion of the Natural Gas Distribution Network.
