The Distribution Tariffs are applied in accordance with Articles 17 and 18 of the Basic Distribution Activity Tariff Regulation in €/kWh for the Energy Charge and in €/kWh/h for the Capacity Charge, in accordance with the Distribution Networks Operation Code.

Industrial Tariffs apply to End Customers supplied with natural gas for industrial use, including cogeneration, whose actual consumption in the last twelve months was greater than 2.2 GWh per consumption site. CNG Tariffs apply to natural gas compression facilities (CNG).

Concerning Hourly Reserved Capacity and Capacity Charge:

A. For non-hourly measured Delivery Points, the Maximum Technical Capacity of the natural gas Meter in kWh/h is used.

B. For hourly measured Delivery Points, the Distribution User’s capacity declaration-commitment for each Delivery Point in kWh/h, as Annexed to the Use Contract, is used for the relevant calculation.

Also, in accordance with Article 18 par. 1 (A) of the Basic Distribution Activity Tariff Regulation: ‘The Capacity Charge is calculated and billed per Distribution User who serves the specific Delivery Point, based on the Reserved Capacity, depending on the number of Days of the Month during which the Delivery Point is represented by a Distribution User and the Use Contract is valid’. To apply this provision, the Capacity Charge is converted into a daily charge and is applied for the days during which the Delivery Point is represented by a Distribution User, and the Use Contract is valid. The above provision applies for both hourly and non-hourly measured Delivery Points.

For the calculation of Energy and Capacity Charges, figures are rounded up to 4 decimal points and the final charges are rounded up to 2 decimal points in €.

The Capacity Charge is calculated for each Delivery Point separately, based on the Hourly Reserved Capacity and assuming, for non-hourly measured Delivery Points, a rated calorific value of 11.15 kWh/Nm3.
