The gas consumer and installation user is responsible for the proper functioning and the maintenance of the gas installation, in accordance with the operating and maintenance schedule. Furthermore, consumers must allow the Company personnel or its duly authorized representatives to enter their premises to check and inspect the installation, whenever required.
