1. INTRODUCTION

The Charter of Obligations towards Customers sets out the statutory obligations of the Company and the conditions under which the Company provides the gas distribution service to customers.

2. PROCEDURES FOR CUSTOMERS TO ACCESS INFORMATION ON THE SERVICES PROVIDED

Customers may contact the Company in the following ways:

2.1 Telephone communication

The telephone contact numbers are the following:

  • 11150 (local rate call charge from a landline phone; charge based on the telephone service provider’s pricelist for mobile phone)

The call center provides information from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 20:00 and Saturday, 09:00 to 15:00.

 

2.2 Customer Service Offices

The Company currently operates five (5) customer service offices.  Customers may contact the competent customer service office in their area:

Opening hours of the Customer Service Offices:

  • Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 13:30.

The website of the Company (www.edathess.gr) provides comprehensive information on the gas distribution service.

It includes:

  • The Conditions laid down in the Service Provision Manual

  • General information on natural gas

  • Supply and use services

  • The areas where the network is developed

  • Useful tips on how to use natural gas properly and safely
