EDA THESS: Sign safely from your home the Connection Contract to the gas distribution network

EDA THESS, in order to avoid the congestion of citizens at the Customer Service Offices, implements the digital service E-Contract, for the remote signing of the Connection Contracts with the natural gas distribution network.

By this service, the connection of the customers’ property with the natural gas network, becomes easier than ever, without any financial charge for the receipt and sending of the connection contract and the relevant documents.

The E-Contract application, enables the consumers to conclude a Connection Contract in 4 simple steps:

1. After the possibility of connecting the property with natural gas is ascertained, the consumer is informed by EDA THESS about the required documents and receives the quote of connection to the natural gas network.
2. The interested party submits the relevant documents online to the special platform of the Company (www.edathess.gr/econtract), entering the unique number of the connection quote to the natural gas network.
3. EDA THESS checks the documents and schedules the signing of the Connection Contract remotely and intact.
4. The consumer receives from EDA THESS via courier the Connection Contract at the indicated address in order the documents to be signed, without having the obligation to visit the Customer Service Offices.
