The Company, providing equal access of information to consumers and always operating in accordance with the principles of transparency and equal treatment, is pioneering in the implementation of the new digital update application.
The new service “Construction Works’ Progress” enables End Customers to easily and quickly obtain complete digital update for the progress of the works for the connection with the Natural Gas Distribution Network.
The Gas Distribution Company Thessaloniki – Thessaly S.A., in the framework of the upgrade of the provided services, developed a new function which enables all End Customers, who will sign a Connection Contract from 01/03/2019, to receive update for the Delivery Point construction works’ progress.
Through the relevant section on the website www.edathess.gr , the End Customer, by entering the ECIDP (Electronic Code for the Identification of the Delivery Point), which is provided in the conclusion of the Connection Contract and his VAT registration number, is able to monitor the various statuses of the construction works of his Delivery Point, as well as the progress of his internal installation process, in order to commence the supply of the Delivery Point with natural gas.
The new service, available to the End Customer by 01/03/2019, is another successful application for the complete update of the customer, enhancing the extended digital services offered by EDA THESS to both Distribution Users and End Customers of Natural Gas.
