A. Strategic Level

The Strategic Level Evaluation System concerns Contractors, Suppliers of Strategic Network Materials and Strategic Service Providers. The duration of said System is unlimited and is renewed annually.

PURPOSE

Through the Strategic Level Qualification System, EDA THESSALONIKI - THESSALIA SA seeks to establish and maintain a Register of Strategic Suppliers for the Execution of Natural Gas Network Works, for the Supply of Natural Gas Network Materials and for the Provision of Strategic Services. This system ensures that economic operators can apply for qualification at any time. The system is managed based on objective criteria and rules of qualification.

FIELD OF APPLICATION

The Register of Strategic Suppliers includes the List of Contractors, List of Suppliers of Strategic Materials and List of Strategic Service Providers.

A] The Lists of Strategic Contractors (hereinafter referred to as "PE") concern the following groups of Works:

1. Construction of natural gas distribution network with 4 and 19 bar steel pipelines, installation of Distribution Stations, installation of 19 bar Metering and Reducing Stations (M/R), installation of CNG Decompression Stations, construction of underground gate valve stations.
2. Construction of natural gas distribution network in 4 bar Polyethylene pipelines
3. Construction of underground service lines, installation of regulating devices, installation of 4 bar Metering and Reducing Stations (M/R)
4. Construction of overhead and underground risers, extension and connection of existing risers (rackor), installation of metering devices
5. Operation, Maintenance and Emergency Intervention in the Natural Gas Distribution Networks.

B] The Lists of Strategic Suppliers of Network Materials (hereinafter referred to as "PP") concern the following Groups of Natural Gas Network Materials:

1. Pipes:

1. Polyethylene Pipes
2. Steel Pipes

2. Natural Gas Meters

1. Natural Gas Membrane Meters
2. Turbine Natural Gas  Meters
3. Rotary Natural Gas Meters
4. Natural Gas Smart Meters

3. Gas Pressure Reducers
4. Support bases and connectors for natural gas meters
5. Cabinets

1. Fiberglass Cabinets for Natural Gas Reducers and Meters
2. Metallic Galvanized Cabinets

6. Underground Polyethylene Valves
7. Electrofusion Polyethylene Tapping Saddles
8. Industrial Regulating and Metering Station (GRM) and Intermediate Regulating Stations (IRI)

C] The Lists of Strategic Service Providers (hereinafter referred to as "PPY") concern the following Service Groups:

1. Gas Meter Reading Services, Inspection of External Installation and Control of Natural Gas Distribution Network Delivery Points
2. Third Party Inspection and Certification Services of Natural Gas Network Works and Materials
3. Car Fleet Leasing Services
4. Building Security Services
5. Inspection Service for the Existence of Internal Natural Gas Installations Airtightness Certificate

Participation in the system is open, on equal terms, to those interested who meet the legal, financial and technical requirements set out in the notice and have the required professional competence and experience.
